In order to continue offering our services on favourable terms, we rely on your cooperation.
For table reservations in particular, timely cancellation is essential so that we can avoid unnecessary costs and, where possible, offer the reserved table(s) to other guests. If you wish to cancel, or if you do not appear at the agreed reservation time without cancelling, the following terms apply:
1. General
Cancellations, reductions in the number of guests or other changes to table reservations confirmed by us in writing or by email must be made in writing, by email or by fax within our office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. If a cancellation, reduction in the number of guests or other change is made outside these hours, the cancellation is deemed received on the next working day (excluding Saturdays).
In the event of a late cancellation/reduction in the number of guests, or of a no-show, we charge per guest the average food and beverage revenue lost to us of € 89.00, less 25% for the cost of goods not incurred on our part — i.e. € 66.75 per guest (incl. VAT).
2. Cancellation of the table reservation / reduction in the number of guests:
Table reservations as referred to in clause 1 may be cancelled free of charge, and the most recently stated number of guests reduced, up to 4 hours before the requested reservation time.
If the reservation is cancelled or the most recently stated number of guests reduced less than four hours before the reservation time, or in the event of a no-show, we charge the amount stated in clause 1 for each cancelled or absent guest. You remain free to prove that we incurred no loss, or a lesser loss.
3. Group reservations (10 or more guests):
Table reservations as referred to in clause 1 may be cancelled free of charge, and the most recently stated number of guests reduced, up to the working day preceding the reservation date.
If the reservation is cancelled or the most recently stated number of guests reduced less than one working day before the reservation date, or in the event of a no-show, we charge the amount stated in clause 1 for each cancelled or absent guest. You remain free to prove that we incurred no loss, or a lesser loss.
4. Group reservations (10 or more guests) with food pre-ordered in advance:
Where a food pre-order has been agreed, table reservations as referred to in clause 1 may be cancelled free of charge, and the most recently stated number of guests reduced, up to 3 working days before the requested reservation date. If the reservation is cancelled or the most recently stated number of guests reduced less than 3 working days before the requested reservation date, or in the event of a no-show, we charge the agreed food revenue plus the anticipated beverage revenue of at least a further € 25.00 per person.
You remain free to prove that we incurred no loss, or a lesser loss.
5. Group reservations (20 or more guests) without food pre-order:
Table reservations as referred to in clause 1 may be cancelled free of charge, and the most recently stated number of guests reduced, up to 5 working days before the requested reservation date.
If the reservation is cancelled or the most recently stated number of guests reduced less than 5 working days before the requested reservation date, or in the event of a no-show, we charge the amount stated in clause 1 for each cancelled or absent guest.
You remain free to prove that we incurred no loss, or a lesser loss.
6. Group reservations (20 or more guests) with food pre-ordered in advance:
Where a food pre-order has been agreed, table reservations as referred to in clause 1 may be cancelled free of charge, and the most recently stated number of guests reduced, up to 5 working days before the requested reservation date.
