Our 800° C grill offers a unique steak experience
Next to seasonal dishes, steaks are our main attraction. They are grilled in a special oven from Southbend, imported from the USA, which shock-heats the meat at 1500° F. This instantly closes the pores and the steaks retain their juices inside. The high temperature causes the fat on the outside of the steak to caramelize, resulting in an incredibly flavorful but dark crust. This extremely gentle process allows the meat to relax again, giving you a steak of unparalleled flavor and tenderness, the likes of which have never been seen before in Germany.
Our food offer is based on one consideration: We want to give you the choice of how extensive your meal should be. Therefore, not only the meat is offered in different “weight classes”, in addition, you can also individually compose the side dishes and homemade sauces as you wish.
